Great Quote on Today's Meet the Press

Paul Begala said the problem with the Democratic party isn't ideology -
that we are liberal - but that we come across as week. I agree.
Democrats who stand up for something - ANYTHING - will do well.

People want to know we stand up for them and have a backbone in
Washington.

so you mean weak? Right now I am standing up for marriage equality in Wisconsin. I could use your help. I have become a contractor with the Task Force. can you email me if you want to talk with me. oh yeah, I'm Arthur's mom! kcampisano@insightbb.com

I agree 100%. Our top tier candidates have been invertibrate.

Kris, I need to ask your advice on something. I still owe you coffee, so come on over and collect.

no, I don't mean we are weak as a party. Most of the Democrats I know speak freely about their views. It's the unfortunate fact that this sort of verve the grassroots of the party has is not so frequently shared by those in office today. I believe that if more of them spoke more freely and boldly, the public would respond. People don't want to agree with EVERYTHING a politician says, just to have the chance to see them stand for SOMETHING.

Hey, where did you go?

come back kris!!
